HSSE Management

This HSSEMP has been written to ensure optimum performance throughout the duration of the site works with regard to the maintenance of an effective Health, Safety and Environment Management System. The purpose of the HSEMP Plan is to ensure that all aspects related to Health, Safety and Environment are considered throughout the site works, ensuring that any potential environmental impact(s) are considered and controlled, and that any potential impact(s) to the Health and Safety of people affected by the project are considered and controlled through formal investigations to identified root causes and lesson learned and shared across all project and corporate at shared across the organizations including stakeholders .

As such, this HSEMP is applicable to all works carried out on site during the execution of Noor Energy 1 project and addresses the applicable requirements of OSHA18001:2017 – Occupational Health and Safety Management Systems & ISO 45001, ISO 9001,whether they are performed by Contractors and subcontractors and by any others companies present at site, including the Owner/Client, Owner’s affiliates and their respective sub-contractors.

This HSEMP has been written to reflect the requirements of the current regulations of United Emirates Arab and International standards applicable in the Country where Noor Energy 1 operate.

The objectives of the HSSE Management is protect personnel from any health hazards that may be associated with the work and provide accident free environment to Owner’s, Contractors and Subcontractors’ employees. To reach this objectives Noor Energy 1 maintain compliance with all the applicable HSSE Legal/Regulatory requirements and Improve HSSE culture among Contractors  and Subcontractors’ employees by  offers rewards programs to motivate Contractors and Subcontractors to abide by Company’s HSSE Policies.

The HSEMP also addresses the applicable requirements of ISO 14001:2015 – Environmental Management Systems Reduce environmental impacts and improve performance regularly and implemented by ENVIRONMENTAL AND SOCIAL IMPACT STUDIES :
